A graduate of Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, Georgia with a major in Psychology, Estes has been in the real estate industry since 1983, with extensive experience in REO (real estate owned)/corporate properties. Previous affiliations in Atlanta include Harry Norman Realtors (Realtor), ReMax Metro Atlanta (Managing Broker), and Coldwell Banker (Managing Broker). Estes is also a licensed real estate Broker/Realtor in South Carolina. Previous corporate experience includes Director/Manager of real estate for both Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae and Real Estate Director for RESICAP (Atlanta).
