The Junior League of Savannah (JLS) is excited to announce its 2020–2021 member recruitment is in full swing. The deadline to apply for membership is July 17.

“If you are a woman in the coastal area looking for an organization that invests in the community that will also help build your leadership skills, the Junior League of Savannah is for you,” said Jackie Schott, JLS President. “By joining JLS, you can network with diverse, like-minded women who want to make a difference.”

Two recruiting events will be held for any women interested in joining JLS:

• ●  Thursday, July 9 at 6 PM: Virtual Q&A
  Join Provisional Chair Nikkie Swain on a video call to answer all of your questions about what JLS does in our community and how you can benefit from your membership.

• ●  Sunday, July 12 at 10 AM: Planting Party and Q&A in Forsyth Park
  Come grow with us! Join us in Forsyth Park to learn more about what JLS does for the greater Savannah community while crafting DIY flower pots. RSVPs are required to attend.
