Ebrahim Valliani, vice president investments, Allan Miller, senior vice president investments and Chris Gomes, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, in conjunction with our broker of record for Georgia, John Leonard. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Valliani, Miller and Gomes.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah is located at 8484 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, and uncertainty in the market, we were able to secure a closing for the buyer. We were in constant communication with both parties and were able to successfully complete the transaction. The 100-room, three story interior corridor, Wyndham branded hotel was built in 1986. The subject property is positioned within the Savannah MSA, the third largest MSA in Georgia. Located along Highway 204, the property is near the Hunter Army Airfield.
