Stephanie Wilson- Evans, CEO of Three Oaks Realty, announced today the real estate firm will be merging with another successful independent real estate firm, Austin Hill Realty in August.

Wilson-Evans confirmed her entire team of staff and agents will plan to join Austin Hill Realty upon the merger.  Wilson-Evans will serve as Vice President for Austin Hill Realty and will continue to serve as CEO of Three Oaks Realty Property Management.

This merger will significantly increase the size of the sales and support teams at Austin Hill Realty, a third-generation company serving Savannah’s real estate needs for over 40 years. Austin Hill is also affiliated with Washington Fine Properties, the premier firm representing the Nation’s Capital Region. The merger combined with affiliations will make Austin Hill Realty one of the most comprehensive boutique brokerages on the East Coast.

Austin Hill confirmed he will remain in his current position as President, Wilson-Evans will be acting as Vice President and Peter Nelsen as Qualifying Broker of Austin Hill Realty.
