The Eichholz Law Firm recently donated $11,000 to the Educate Chatham Foundation to provide internet access for Savannah–Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) students. The donation will fund 10 smart buses that will serve as mobile internet access points during the 2020–2021 school year. A lack of internet access presents a difficult technology barrier to student learning, especially during these days of at-home, virtual instruction. The Eichholz Law Firm hopes that this donation will give more SCCPSS students the internet access they need to learn and excel.

“As we are starting the year online, we are aware that not every child has internet access at home. We are grateful for the generosity of The Eichholz Law Firm donation to our technology fund,” said SCCPSS Superintendent Ann Levett. “This is cutting edge technology means students can access the internet so they will be VIRTUALLY UNSTOPPABLE!”
