Paul Balducci is celebrating five years of employment with JE Dunn Construction.

Balducci collaborates with architects, engineers, trade partners and other team members in all aspects of a project’s life cycle, from preconstruction through project closeout, calculating labor and material costs, establishing schedules, and managing risks, among his responsibilities.

He is currently working on multiple projects in the healthcare sector, including renovation of Coastal Harbor Treatment Center in Savannah.

Balducci is a 13-year industry veteran. His portfolio includes the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Resource Center in Savannah, the Tidewatch Emergency Department in Hardeeville and the 99 WestEdge luxury apartments in Charleston, South Carolina, respectively. Prior to joining JE Dunn, Balducci was employed in Phoenix, Arizona, by a national real estate developer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.

Balducci serves on the board of the Savannah Area Tennis Association and is active in the Italian Society of Savannah.
