Celebrating $13,000 in meal donations, Step One Automotive Group will host another grab-and-go meal event for military, medical workers and first responders from 11 am to 2 pm, Thursday, September 24th at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat’s North location at 1100 Chatham Parkway.

“For the past five months, Step One Automotive Group has donated over 1,000 meals to our local heroes. Our principles are health, family and business so we wanted to show appreciation and give back to the people who protect and serve our families and our health. Without them, our community, our families and our businesses would not function,” said Step One Automotive Group Marketing Manager Maja Ciric. “We owe them a lot and our meals from our local food truck is a small, but warm and delicious thank you.”

“It has been a tremendous honor to have our senior veterans socialize safely, be recognized and we have enjoyed the very gracious gift Maja and her Step One family has given to the us and first responders,” shared Savannah Veterans Council Chairman Joe Higgins. Reaching 1000 meals for our local men and women who serve is an admirable gift – we salute you Step One.”

Serving delicious pre-packaged meals while abiding by social distancing standards, popular and locally owned truck Renowned Food will be on site Friday at the Step One Auto North 1100 Chatham Parkway location and food reservations can be made at https://conta.cc/2RB6xT9.
