Mandy Malloy Maierhofer was recently hired as sales representative at Upper East River, Savannah’s newest - and last - riverfront neighborhood on the East End of historic River Street. In this role, she will guide homeowners through the process of purchasing their dream home within the riverfront community. 

Originally from Carrollton, Maierhofer fell in love with Savannah, most specifically Upper East River. Prior to moving here, she served as a public-school art teacher and librarian for over a decade. Before that, she served as an elected official, the only female city councilmember, for 12 years. Her husband’s job, as the new assistant director of the Parks and Recreation division of the City of Savannah, brought them and their three teenage daughters here to “begin a new adventure”. 

“I believe in this community, because of its resort-like feel in the heart of Savannah's downtown and I trust in the community because our builder, Patrick Malloy has proven himself as a reputable builder in Atlanta for the past 25 years” says Maierhofer. “I also have all the confidence in Patrick, because he is my big brother. My office is in the model of the Adlers' Brownstones, but you may also find me showing excited guests around the neighborhood.”
