Marshall’s Coming to Abercorn Common Spring 2021

Abercorn Common, America’s first Leeds Green Certified Shopping Center, is pleased to announce the opening of Marshall’s coming this Spring 2021.
Marshall’s will be taking 24,000 square feet of the former Ashley Furniture store (34,000 square feet) This space, suite 410A, is located off the Fairmont Ave entrance to the shopping center.
Marshall’s joins HomeGoods, Party City, Ulta, Panera Bread, Office Depot, Michael’s and other retail and food operations. David Garfunkel of David Garfunkel & Co., LLC worked with representatives of Marshall’s on the lease transaction.
