Sherman and Hemstreet Real Estate is proud and excited to announce the addition of Michelle Edwards to their sales team. Michelle was formerly with Coldwell Banker and brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. 

Since getting into real estate in 2015, Edwards has made it her mission to give buyers and sellers the best possible experience. “My buyers and sellers are not just clients to me. They are like my family and I feel blessed to be a part of their family’s story”, Edwards said. 

Edwards has been a part of the Distinguished Sales Society (’17) (’18), received the Military Relocation Professional designation, and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Committee with the Home Builders Association. She is a dedicated member of the Effingham county community, offering her time to various service organizations such as the Effingham Sunrise Rotary and part of the Catie’s Gathering Planning Committee. She completed Leadership Effingham with the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce in 2018. 

When asked about why she chose to move to Sherman and Hemstreet, Edwards remarked, “Springfield is my hometown and I look forward to being a part of a business that supports my hometown. I am fortunate that I am in a position to give back and serve the community that I grew up in. S&H also gives back and has a very strong presence in the community which is very important to me.”
