From onsite clinics at Azalealand Nursing Home to HunterMaclean and JCB, Coastal Care Partners/My Nurse Now continue to make getting the COVID-19 vaccine more convenient.  

During the week of March 29, Coastal Care Partners/My Nurse Now has been administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at clinics throughout Chatham County to residents meeting the Georgia Department of Public Health’s criteria (DPH), including those 16 and older.

So far this week, we’ve provided vaccine clinics at Azalealand Nursing Home, Savannah Toyota, Vaden Automotive Group, JCB North America, Savannah Country Day School, and HunterMaclean. This comes on the heels of our providing recent vaccine clinics at the Chatham County Courthouse and the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.”

In addition to these onsite clinics, Coastal Care Partners/My Nurse Now recently announced that they have partnered with The Eichholz Law Firm to provide a vaccine clinic at 311 Eisenhower Drive through the month of April. Coastal Care Partners is also administering vaccines in partnership with Village Walk Pharmacy at the Skidaway Clinic, where more than 10,000 vaccinations have been provided since early January .Appointments for the Skidaway Clinic are scheduled through https://healthyskidaway.com/ .
