Bank of the Lowcountry announced Marc Bogan as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. 

With more than 31 years of banking experience, Marc will lead the company toward continued growth and profitability and will be a critical asset to the Bank of the Lowcountry team.

Most recently as president and CEO of Virginia National Bank in Charlottesville, Va., he has experience in strategic planning, organizational development, asset and income growth, shareholder return, balance sheet and income statement management and capital raising in addition to a diverse background in retail banking, commercial banking, mortgage banking, private wealth management, human resources, IT and operations, treasury services, and credit card services throughout the Southeast.
