Bluffton Artisan Market Back at Burnt Church Distillery Next Sunday!

Wednesday, August 4th, 2021

The popular Bluffton Artisan Market is back next Sunday! The market is set for 12-4 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, at Burnt Church Distillery, 120 Bluffton Road.

The Bluffton Artisan Market is an open-air shopping event with live music that features local makers from 12-4 p.m. (nearly) every second Sunday at Burnt Church Distillery.

The August 8 market will help support Real Champions, Inc. — a non-profit with a goal to end the cycle of generational poverty in South Carolina by providing paid, full-time, professional mentors and volunteer support for highly vulnerable children starting in kindergarten and remaining through High School graduation.

Several local artisans will be at the market, and live music by Becky Solis will begin at 1 p.m. Vendors for the market include Bluffton Candles, 7th & Palm, Sun Dog Pet Products, BP Custom Carbon Furniture, Woodsman's Wife, Cottonwood Soap Co., Preservation Tree Art,  KODA Designs, Meg’s Sweet Treats, Fire and Pine, Palmetto Kettle Corn, Raymonda Ceramics and Fabula Collective.

A second Bluffton Artisan Market is held from 12-5 p.m. on select Saturdays at Martin Family Park in Old Town Bluffton. The summer markets at Martin Family Park are sponsored by the local business The Juice Hive. The next Martin Family Park market is set for August 21.

“The Bluffton Artisan Market was created as a platform to bring makers and the community together. The positive response has been overwhelming!” said Katie Silva, founder of Lowcountry Made, the organization sponsoring the events. “Our community is so supportive of each other and it’s been exciting to see these creative businesses thrive.”
