Contracting with the Government: Service Contract Act Requirements

This course will provide essential information important to any small business interesting in bidding or those who have already been awarded government contracts. The McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act requires contractors and subcontractors performing services on contracts $2,500 or greater to pay service employees no less than the wage rates and fringe benefits found prevailing in the locality, or the rates contained in a predecessor contractor's collective bargaining agreement. During this presentation, attendees will receive a basic overview on who is required to comply with SCA.
