COVID-19 Cases Continue Downward Trend in Chatham, Effingham and Bryan School Districts

After a slight plateau in the downward trend for COVID-19 cases in area school districts, the number of infections among students are, once again, going down. Meanwhile, Chatham, Bryan and Effingham county vaccine rates have bumped up slightly since last week.
According to the Oct. 7 report, the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System saw a decline of 21 COVID-19 infections among students since the previous week's reporting.
