In partnership with the Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity, the team at Ganem Realty is relaunching their highly successful “Closing for the Community.”  Beginning September 1, a portion of all home sales will be donated to the Savannah Habitat branch.

Habitat for Humanity’s program leads eligible applicants through a multiple-step process which is inclusive of a vetting process, completing sweat equity hours, and homebuyer education courses. Individuals must demonstrate fiscal readiness by having steady employment, reasonable income, as well as low debt to qualify.  With over 30 years combined experience assisting clients through the home buying and selling process, the team at Ganem Realty greatly values the immeasurable impact this framework has in making Savannah a better place to live for everyone, all while mobilizing the power of our community!
