Excelsior Capital, a boutique private equity firm based out of Nashville, TN,  announces their expansion into the Savannah MSA.

The acquisition, Stephenson Executive Center, is a three-building complex located on Stephenson Avenue in the heart of midtown Savannah. The buildings, totaling approximately 30,000 square feet, are 100% occupied by nine different tenants, the vast majority of which are for medical use. A few of the notable tenants include Jubilant Radiopharma, American Oncology Partners, Advanced Regenerative Therapy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
