City Hall Notebook: More than $4 Million in Contracts Approved by Savannah City Council

Savannah City Council got back to in-person business this week, meeting in chambers for the first time since March 2020. The group didn’t skip a beat as they worked through Tuesday’s agenda.

Peppered with alcohol licenses, zoning map amendments and proclamations, council spent about 45 minutes discussing three purchasing items ranging from the hiring of a lobbying firm, a record digitizing service and storm water/sewer line repair services. Together the items totaled more than $4.5 million.
