– United Way of the Coastal Empire is wrapping up the last few weeks of the traditional fall campaign with Shop & Dine for United Way on Saturday, November 6, 2021.  Throughout the day, dozens of local businesses and restaurants will be donating a portion of their sales to United Way of the Coastal Empire to help improve lives throughout Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty Counties. 

“We are sincerely grateful to all of the businesses and restaurants that have stepped up to participate in this event and support United Way of the Coastal Empire and our community,” says 2021-2022 Campaign Chair, Cecilia Russo Turner.  “Shop & Dine for United Way is a great way to start your holiday shopping, support local businesses, and enjoy some delicious food, all while raising funds to directly benefit our community.”

United Way leaders will be hosting a Press Conference on Thursday, November 4 at 10:00 am at the United Way of the Coastal Empire office in Savannah, located at 428 Bull Street.  2021-2022 Campaign Chair, Cecilia Russo Turner, along with United Way of the Coastal Empire President & CEO, Brynn Grant and others will share important information about the fall campaign and the Shop & Dine for United Way event.
