City of Savannah Announces Plans for Affordable Housing, 40 Rent-restricted Apartments in the Works

Last week, the city closed on the sale of land at 1700 Drayton Street, near 33rd Street. The property was previously the site of Savannah's Code Compliance Department.
Pinyan/Procida Development Group purchased the land and will build affordable, rent-restricted apartments.
