Clarence Morgan Leaves a Legacy of Compassion in Effingham County

On a hot June night in 2019, Clarence Morgan organized a banquet to honor 25 inductees into the Effingham County Recreation and Sports Management Hall of Fame.
In the small gym, walls lined with the pictures of past recreation contributors, Morgan was at home with friends, a microphone and saying “thank you.”
