May the 8th Air Force be with You: 2022 is the 80th anniversary of the formation of the 8th Air Force! This is an entire week on the U.S. Army Air Corps and WWII. Your camper will learn about the battles, experiences, and even step into a piece of history; our WWII B-17.

New Themes include:

Conservation Corps Camp:

The Civilian Conservation Corps was established in 1933 as part of Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal. The men of the CCC took part in environmental projects. They planted more than 3 billion trees, constructed, and maintained trails and shelters throughout its brief nine years. Your camper will participate in gardening activities, built forts, and even blaze a trail of their own throughout this exciting and educational camp.

Historic Heroes:

This week your camper will learn about the history of the Medal of Honor. Campers will partake in outdoor battle reenactments while learning about the real heroes that fought in them. We will be talking about some of the most revered heroes of WWII such as Audie Murphy and John Basilone.
