Live Oak Public Libraries Announces Finalist for Executive Director

The Search Committee of Live Oak Public Libraries Regional Board of Trustees announces Martha Powers-Jones as sole finalist for the position of Library Executive Director.
Powers-Jones has two decades of experience in the library field. She is currently serving as Library Director at Okefenokee Regional Library System, which was named 2019 Georgia Library of the Year by Georgia Public Library Service. She also has prior experience working with other library systems in Georgia as well as in Ohio.
Powers-Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University.
