Erika Chapman was a born and raised military brat, who was fortunate enough to have lived in 3 different countries and 8 different states. Erika has always enjoyed helping people. This was very much reflected in the early stages of her career, which started in the customer service industry and then eventually lead to a position as a Help Desk Specialist for the FDA. Yet Erika's passion has always been with real estate. From 2019 to 2021 she worked as an employee with a real estate company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She moved to the Coastal Georgia area in Spring of 2021 to be closer to family, then quickly fell in love with Georgia and South Carolina. 

 Whether you are a buyer, seller or an investor, Erika will make sure the process is as stress-free as possible. She is detail oriented, follows through, and is dedicated to making all of your real estate dreams come true! 

 In her free time, Erika enjoys relaxing on Georgia's beautiful beaches, paddle boarding, walking around downtown Savannah, and spending time with family and friends.
