Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 55-room Days Inn located in Savannah, Georgia. The asset sold for $4,250,000, or $77,273 per room.

Simpson, in addition to Jack Davis, Joce Messinger and Josh Williams, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The team also secured the buyer. John Leonard assisted in the transaction as the Georgia broker of record.

The hotel is located at 15 Fort Argyle Road in Savannah, Georgia. Constructed in 1985, it is strategically positioned directly off Interstate 95, 14 miles from Downtown Savannah.
