Port Wentworth's Rural Neighborhoods Face an Uncertain Future with Warehouse Development

Port Wentworth’s Monteith and Meinhard neighborhoods, surrounded by lush green woodland, are remnants of the region’s rural landscape predating the urbanization and industrialization that has paved over vast portions of the rest of the city in the last few decades.
