The Fiduciary Group’s Kyle Powers Promoted to U.S. Navy Reserve Captain

The Fiduciary Group, a leading wealth management firm headquartered in Savannah, Ga., is pleased to announce that Kyle Powers, CFP®, MBA, AIF, the firm’s Director of 401(k) Advisory Services, was promoted to the rank of Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve, effective July 1, 2022.
An experienced Surface Warfare Officer, Powers has more than two decades of military service, including nine years of active duty in the U.S. Navy and 12 years of reserve duty in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Powers is currently serving as the Commanding Officer of the Navy Reserve’s Commander Task Force 56 (CTF-56). The Manama, Bahrain-based task force oversees Naval Expeditionary Combat Forces stationed in the Middle East, including Explosive Ordinance Disposal, Expeditionary Logistics and Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces. Powers previously served as the Commanding Officer of U.S. Africa Command’s Navy Reserve Strategy, Engagement and Programs J5 Detachment.

Powers was recognized for his excellence in both areas in May 2021, when he was named a WTOC Community Champion.
At The Fiduciary Group, Powers serves as the Director of 401(k) Advisory Services, working closely with plan sponsors and employees to improve the retirement readiness of plan participants and providing strategic guidance to plan sponsors. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Powers earned an MBA from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and is a graduate of Miami University. He currently resides in Savannah, Ga.
