Coastal Heritage Society would like to invite the public to join us, once again, for “Night at the Museum” Saturday, January 21st at Savannah History Museum, 303 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The triumphant return of this annual event takes visitors through night guard training and then on a behind-the-scenes tour of the museum. Guests will be able to interact with historic characters from Savannah History Museum’s exhibits as they appear to magically come to life. This year’s characters include Casimir Pulaski, a driver from the Great Savannah Races, Susie King Taylor, and many more!

"We are thrilled to finally bring back Night at the Museum after a three-year hiatus!said Emily Beck, Director of Interpretation for Coastal Heritage Society. We really want children to have an opportunity for an up-close and personal interaction with Savannah's history, and a small event like this one really helps that become a reality. Staff and volunteers who participate in this event are always so excited to bring historical figures to life and educate our event participants.”

The event consists of a 90-minute interactive program in the museum. Guests will have the option to choose from two time slots for the program: 5 pm to 6:30 pm or 6:30 to 8 pm. Event participants will also have two opportunities to view the film “Night at the Museum” at 3 pm and 8 pm. The 104-minute film screening is optional and seating is first come, first served.

Tickets are $12 per person for guests ages 18 months and older. CHS members will receive a discounted ticket rate of $10. Pre-registration for the event is required and tickets for each time slot can be purchased at: http://bit.ly/NATM2023.
