Ambassador (ret.) David Satterfield, retired Career Foreign Service Officer, former U.S. Ambassador to Turkey (2019-2022); currently Director of the Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University will present:

"Diplomacy and Global Challenges in U.S. Foreign Policy" 

Ambassador Satterfield will draw upon his immense diplomatic experience to provide insight on the lessons the United States is drawing from the challenges posed to U.S. national interests from the conflict in Ukraine and our strained relations with Russia and China.  Ambassador Satterfield will also share his thoughts on the role of Turkey in current international issues, from his perspective as our recent Ambassador to that country.
