2023 marks the 23rd anniversary of the Enmarket Savannah Hockey Classic, prompting the University of Georgia Hockey Club Ice Dawgs to debut a special edition jersey to commemorate the occasion.

The new special edition jersey, made by JOG, will pay tribute to Savannah by featuring watermarked prints of savannah on the front and back of the jersey’s, as well as a picture of Savannah City Hall on the front.

In keeping with tournament tradition, the Ice Dawgs along with jersey sponsor BELFOR Property Restoration will be visiting with brave children and their families at Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital of Savannah on Friday morning. From well-child visits to neurosurgery, the Hospital offers the most comprehensive children's healthcare in the region. The UGA Ice Dawgs will display the Hospital’s name on the jersey sleeve to bring awareness to the vital services that they provide throughout the community.

This year’s Enmarket Savannah Hockey Classic is taking place on January 13th and 14th. Both Georgia games will be at 8:30 P.M. against Florida and Georgia Tech, respectively.

During the Georgia Tech game on January 14th, a jersey auction will be held allowing fans to bid on these special edition jerseys. Proceeds will go to help support the Ice Dawgs season and post-season play.
