In honor of National Women’s Month and in conjunction with United Way of the Coastal Empire’s Women Who Rule campaign, Savannah’s own Gaslight Group honored eight members of their management team Tuesday at The Women Who Rule Luncheon. In an industry often dominated by men, especially in upper management roles, The Gaslight Group is proud to have cultivated an environment that makes it possible to report that the majority of their leadership team is female, with ten of their eighteen managers being women.

“We’re honored to be able to support the Women United Transportation Fund while also recognizing these amazing women who rule at The Gaslight Group.” said Jennifer Huskey who co-owns the company (parent company of The 5 Spot Midtown, The 5 Spot Sandfly, b. Matthew’s Eatery, The 5 Spot Mobile Food Truck and Abe’s on Lincoln) with her husband Brian. “We know that the funds raised at this event by the United Way will directly support the community that has enthusiastically supported our businesses for the past 17 years and fits in perfectly with our Gaslight Gives Back promise.”
