New Savannah alcohol ordinances are prompting discussion. The hot topic: the potential to expand the "to-go cup zone" or the area you are allowed to walk with an open container, if it's in a clear container.
Brie Miller at the Georgia Tasting Room says patrons from states with stricter alcohol laws are shocked when they find out they can walk around City Market with a drink.
