Matthew Reardon Center for Autism Hires New School Director

The Matthew Reardon Center for Autism (MRCA) is pleased to announce that Ciarra Torres has joined its Advance Academy staff as School Director. Ciarra previously served MRCA as the director of the Early Learning Academy.
Ciarra has dedicated her career to helping children with special needs. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Services with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations and a master's degree in Special Education. She is also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) assisting the school’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Throughout her career, Ciarra has held several classroom roles including assistant teacher, lead teacher, ABA therapist, and preschool director.
