Savannah Council on World Affairs Presents "Antarctica & Environmental Security"

The Savannah Council on World Affairs presents, Dr. Michelle Devlin, Professor of Environmental Security at the U.S. Army War College and Professor of Arctic Health and Human Security with the National Science Foundation's UNI ARCTICenter. Dr. Devlin's talk is titled "Antarctica & Environmental Security."
Doors open at the Skidaway Community Church at 7:00. Coffee and cookies will be served. The event begins at 7:30pm.
