T&H Announces New Professional Engineer in Georgia, Catherine Soto

Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce its newest Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia. Catherine Soto passed the Principles and Practices of Engineering Civil exam with the Water Resources and Environmental depth examination and satisfied the experience requirements needed to become a PE.
Catherine is a Project Manager and joined Thomas & Hutton in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. As a Project Manager, Catherine is responsible for planning, designing, permitting, and constructing water and wastewater infrastructure projects for a variety of municipalities and private clients. Catherine’s experience includes new design and rehabilitation of wastewater pump stations, utility relocations and extensions, new design and rehabilitation of water and wastewater conveyance systems, and civil site planning.
Catherine’s resume showcases her outstanding design work in water and wastewater projects in the Valley and Ridge and Coastal Regions of Georgia. These include on-site and off-site utilities for 4 inter-connected data center compounds throughout Fulton County, GA; masterplanning water and sewer utilities for multiple developments in North Bryan County, GA; and off-site water and sewer improvements for the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America site in Bryan County, GA.
