Fallen Firefighter Memorial to Honor Heroes Who Made Ultimate Sacrifice

The Savannah-Chatham metro area will host a memorial ceremony to honor the brave firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty right here in Savannah. This memorial serves as a reminder of their selflessness and dedication to protecting the City of Savannah.
The memorial will be held at Savannah Fire Headquarters on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. Firefighters, their families and community members are invited to join together to pay tribute to the city’s fallen heroes.
Media representatives are welcome to attend this special day and encouraged to RSVP by Oct. 5.
