The Greater Pooler Area Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Economic Outlook Luncheon on Wednesday, October 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott Savannah Airport. The luncheon is sponsored by the Queensborough National Bank & Trust Co. and will feature keynote speaker Dr. Michael Toma, professor of economics at Georgia Southern University.

“As we enter the last few months of 2023, it’s important to reflect upon economic trends affecting businesses in Pooler and the surrounding area,” said Courtney Rawlins, president and CEO of the Pooler Chamber of Commerce. “Dr. Toma will give guests an opportunity to learn valuable knowledge and insights to prepare their organizations for success in 2024.”

The luncheon will include an opportunity for networking followed by an insightful program with Dr. Toma sharing his expert analysis of the economic trends in our region. The information will provide guests with a competitive edge for business endeavors.
