Tuesday, October 31st, 2023
Purpose Savannah was recently awarded a $12,000 grant from the Clif Family Foundation, as part of the organization's support of small-to-midsize grassroots groups working “to leave the world a better place for our children.” The 2023 grant was awarded to Re:Purpose Savannah for its efforts to support two of the Clif Family Foundation’s funding priorities, enhancing equitable community health outcomes and safeguarding our environment and natural resources.
When notifying Re:Purpose Savannah of the award, Carrie Walle, Senior Grants Manager at the Clif Family Foundation stated, “Among the hundreds of proposals we received, your organization stood out as one that will offer social and environmental change. We know that current events have altered the way many of you do your important work and we are inspired by your extraordinary resilience and compassion.”
