Steel Beach Advisors, LLC, the real estate and business brokerage affiliate of Heritage Capital Group, executed the transaction on behalf of its client, Tietjen. 

Tietjen was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1994 by Ian Tietjen. The Company is considered the premier Florida services provider for the installation of fiber optic cabling, copper network cabling, and certification, with  many well-established clients throughout Florida and Georgia.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Norlee owns and operates a portfolio of several highly regarded and successful electrical contracting companies, including Adkins Electric in Jacksonville, Florida, Millennium Electric in Orlando, Florida, Colwill Engineering in Tampa, Florida, and Pacific Power & Systems in Fairfield, California.

The deal team was led by Scott Hanigan and included Bill Nicholson, Bill Sorenson, and JP Allen. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
