SA Recycling, Georgia’s largest metal recycling company, located at 500 Staley Avenue, kicked off their community outreach campaign with a donation of 50 Boston butts to Growing in Grace Ministries located at 1517 Staley Avenue in Tatemville and 50 Boston Butts to First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church located at 310 Alice Street Savannah.

“With a new location on Staley Avenue, we wanted to reach out to the surrounding communities to let them know that we are dedicated to being a strong community partner to local residents and businesses. A part of our company core values is to have strong relationships in the communities that we operate in. Our next year will be devoted to bridging our business with nonprofits, churches and local businesses who share our inclusive goals,” shared SA Recycling Staley Avenue General Manager Rebecca Seymour. “With the help of Miquan Green of MGreen Productions, we were able to personally deliver to two local churches and congregation members for our first community outreach event.”

Joining in the delivery and drop off efforts was SA Recycling Regional General Manager Bobby Triesch.

“We are incredibly grateful to SA Recycling for their generous donation of Boston butts to the senior members of our congregation. Their support embodies the spirit of community and compassion, and we are truly blessed by their kindness. On behalf of the entire congregation at First Tab, I extend our heartfelt thanks to SA Recycling for their dedication to helping those in need,” stated First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Andre Osbourne.
