Thomas & Hutton (T&H) is pleased to announce the promotions of Chris Stovall and Matt Frazier. Chris Stovall was promoted to Senior Environmental Group Leader for Georgia and Tennessee and will relocate to our Chamblee office. With 25 years at T&H, Chris led the Savannah Environmental Group to great growth and success. He serves as a mentor to many and will bring that mentorship, along with his depth of water/sewer experience, to our Metro Atlanta market. As part of Chris’ new role, he will work to grow staff and business, and further strengthen work sharing between the firm’s Tennessee and Georgia offices.

In addition, Matt Frazier was promoted to Savannah Environmental Group Leader. With over 11 years of experience, Matt serves as a lead designer and project manager on numerous large and complex infrastructure projects, including General McIntosh/President Street Improvements, Bilbo Canal Improvements, and Volvo water/sewer to name a few. Currently, Matt manages several of the Bryan County - Hyundai Water/Sewer projects, including a 5-million gallon per day (mgd) water reclamation facility, 2-milliongallon composite elevated tank, large regional sewer pump stations, and tens of thousands of feet of large diameter regional water and sewer mains.
