Emily McCarthy recently donated over 1400 pieces of new clothing to Dress for Success. 

The nonprofit organization has over 140 offices in 24 countries and empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools for professional and personal growth. 

“We love to create pieces that make a woman feel confident, especially going into the workplace,” says Founder and Owner Emily McCarthy. “The mission of Dress for Success perfectly aligns with our goal to encourage women and provide them with joy. We hope these pieces will serve as a catalyst to encourage these ladies as they make strides for themselves and their families.” 

Emily McCarthy launched in 2012, based on vibrant prints designed by Emily herself. The brand currently ships to over 400 retailers and reaches at least 47 states within the USA.  

The company’s new flagship facility will open in late spring 2024. This 14,000 square foot building includes an expanded retail shoppe, wine bar, event space, office space, and a warehouse for the brand’s fulfillment center.
