Savannah Ghost Pirates Owner Set to Speak at Chamber Banquet

The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the esteemed sports entrepreneur, Andy Kaufmann, as the keynote speaker for its upcoming 19th Annual Banquet, scheduled to take place on February 8, 2024 at the Columbia County Exhibition Center in Grovetown. Kaufmann, recognized for his remarkable achievements in business and sports ownership, will give an inspiring keynote message during the event program.
Andy Kaufmann, owner of the Savannah Ghost Pirates, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in sports entrepreneurship. His success began in 2018, when Andy rallied a group of investors to purchase the Jacksonville Icemen, a group that expanded to include Tim Tebow, Daniel Murphy, Myles Jack, and Reggie Howard. Under his helm, Zawyer Sports & Entertainment expanded exponentially, acquiring multiple entities, including Georgia based teams, the Savannah Ghost Pirates and the Atlanta Gladiators.
In addition to Kaufmann’s keynote address, Ignite the Chamber’s 19th Annual Banquet, will feature a business showcase and cocktail reception beginning at 4:30pm and dinner will begin at 6:00pm.
