District 4 Alderman Nick Palumbo and City staff will host a public meeting to discuss major updates on the upcoming investments aimed at reducing flooding in the Casey South Drainage Basin.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at the Jewish Educational Alliance. Residents near the Hull Park area are encouraged to attend. The meeting is open to the media and general public. 

Proposed improvements associated with this project are targeted specifically for 54th St. from Harmon to Atlantic, 56th St. from Harmon to Reynolds, and 57th St. from Reynolds to Abercorn.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the engineering and construction team and ask questions about the next steps for the project.
