Urban Hope is a Savannah nonprofit organization that offers free programs for inner-city and at-risk children throughout the school year and summer. At last year's Chefs and Chocolates, Urban Hope was able to achieve the following impacts:
- After-School Program: Served 65 students from grades 1 to 8, five days a week during the school year.
- Summer Camp: Served 110 students with a variety of creative activities while nurturing their academic spirits through tailored educational modules.
- Student Leader Program: Fostered leadership and work ethics in 6 student leaders, creating a ripple effect of mentoring for the younger attendees.
“Our support for Urban Hope isn't just sponsorship, it's a partnership. Empowering children is more than a charitable act, it is a strategic investment in a brighter future," says Drew Wilkes, Partner at Oliver Maner LLP, "We believe in the potential of every child in Savannah."
