Susan joined the staff at the Matthew Reardon Center for Autism in 2002. Since then, she has been a fixture at Advance Academy filling the halls with elaborately decorated bulletin boards and doors bringing joy and color to her students’ days. Parent Julia Morrison says, “Susan Lindsey is what you call first class! She is always at the school bright and early. She cares about the students and the school. She truly deserves this award!”
“Susan has been a fixture at MRCA since I began in 2014,” says MRCA CEO and President, Patti Victor. “She has played a crucial role in the education and development of numerous students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that each child in her classroom receives personalized support to reach their full potential. Susan is not just a teacher; she is a compassionate guide, mentor, and tireless advocate for the children in her care. I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award.”
