RobMark WEB • ADVERTISING • PR, an award-winning firm serving regional, national and international clients, has announced the promotion of Kelsey Smith to Account Manager and the addition of Kim Schippel as Website Project Coordinator.


“Kelsey and Kim are extremely talented individuals who put their expertise, creativity, and positive attitude to work for our clients,” Lisa Markowitz Henderson, President and Co-Founder of RobMark, said.  “We are thrilled to have them as part of our team and we know that they will continue to succeed in their new positions.” Founded in 1990, RobMark provides advertising, public relations, crisis communications, media training, graphic design, media planning and placement, marketing, website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, digital advertising, and branding all under one roof.

Kelsey Smith – Account Manager

Smith has more than a decade of marketing experience. She joined RobMark in 2021 as an Account Coordinator and most recently served as the company’s Website Project Manager. In her new role, Smith utilizes her expertise in websites, social media, project management, and public relations to deliver top-tier services to RobMark’s clients.

Her previous work experience includes serving as Digital Marketing Strategist at Great Dane and as the CDC Federal Credit Union’s Marketing Coordinator. Certified in Pardot and Google Analytics, Smith earned a B.A. degree from Georgia College & State University with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in French. A Savannah native, her volunteer service includes being a member of the United Way Young Leaders Cohort.

Kim Schippel – Website Project Coordinator

Schippel comes to RobMark from Digible, where she served as Senior Account Manager at their Denver, Colorado headquarters. She has 10 years of marketing experience, including several years in client services and website management as well as her work as an Account Manager at Advice Media. Schippel recently completed her first Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.

A native of Pennsylvania, Schippel earned a B.A. degree in Communications and Media Studies from Penn State. Following graduation, she served in the United States Peace Corps in Rwanda.
