Waters Cafe has invited globally renowned and best-selling artist Beyoncé to perform at their First Annual Grand Opening, to be held on Tuesday February 20th, 2024, at 2317 Waters Avenue. After a year of operation, the cafe is finally getting around to cutting a ribbon and eating some much-earned cake

“We are thrilled to open our doors and invite the community to celebrate this milestone with us," said Clinton Edminster, who opened Waters Cafe on the rejuvenating corridor a year ago and then forgot to have a grand opening

When asked about 32-time Grammy winner Beyoncé attending, Edminster replied, “We can neither confirm nor deny that Beyoncé will be performing slightly after our ribbon cutting at 2 pm on February 20th at Waters Cafe.

The cafe will be offering 1% off all orders in celebration of one year of operation. Guests are also invited to paint a new fence and enjoy music from DJ PROFESSOR BEAM. Samples of their award-winning sandwiches and drinks will be available at the cafe’s patio outside

11:00 AM - Music from DJ PROFESSOR BEAM & Fence Painting

2:00 PM - Ribbon Cutting, Champagne Toast & Some Kind Word

2:20 PM - Performance by Beyoncé (tentative
