Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Thursday, March 28th, 2024

To kick off Autism Awareness Month coming in April, the Matthew Reardon Center for Autism (MRCA) is hosting a digital early screening of the PBS documentary ASD Band: The Movie beginning on March 26, 2024, and ending on April 30, 2024.

ASD Band: The Movie follows the members of ASD Band as they embark upon the difficult journey of writing and recording their first album and ultimately performing their first public show. The film is the heartwarming story of four talented musicians who all happen to be on the autism spectrum. This documentary will broadcast on PBS next year and has screened in over 20 film festivals across the globe. MRCA is inviting the public to a special virtual premiere of the film.

The film will be available to members of our community beginning on March 26 and during April, Autism Awareness Month. Tickets may be purchased by visiting https://watch.showandtell.film/watch/asd-band-matthew-reardon-center-for-autism. A portion of your ticket and donation goes directly to support The Matthew Reardon Center for Autism.
