‘It’s the Owner’: Shopping Mall Closed for Days Due to Unpaid Power Bill

A shopping mall in Michigan has been closed for several days this week due to a reported electrical problem, but store owners say it’s because of a past-due bill.
On Friday, signs remained on the front entrance of the Westwood Mall in Marquette Township saying it was closed.
